Dr. Alkaitis Organic Flower Mask

Welcome back to Week 8 of our Product blog Series.

What perfect synchronicity that today’s post coincides with the first days of Spring! Dr. Alkaitis’ Organic Flower Mask is a skin rejuvenator; literally, it’s springtime bursting forth in a jar.

Read ingredients here: Certified Organically grown Lavender flowers, Blue Mallow blossoms, Cornflowers, Roman Chamomile flowers, Marigold blossoms, Rose buds, Elder Flowers, and Oat buds.

This beautiful bouquet of flowers will not only enliven your senses but it will restore your skin’s natural health!

While these ingredients may sound innocently delicate and gentle, I can assure you that out of all four of Dr. Alkaitis’ masks, this one is the most invigorating. Sure to bring a sullen complexion back to life, Dr. Alkaitis’ Flower Mask is an activating and energizing product.

It will leave your skin glowing while improving the overall skin-tone. Our customers have described the mask’s fresh aroma as blissful and divine. This mask has a soft yet very effective exfoliating texture, therefore it is not recommended for those with acne and sensitive skin.

This is an active and clarifying mask for Normal and Oily skin conditions.

How to Use:

Weekly Exfoliating Scrub

  • Apply a teaspoon of mask into the palm of your hand.
  • Slowly add water while mixing into a smooth paste.
  • You will see that this mask turns into a beautiful purple color as the water biologically wakes up the ingredients.
  • Gently apply on cleansed skin in upward circular motions, avoiding eye area.
  • You may pay special attention to congested areas such as around the nose, chin, and forehead.
  • You may feel a tingling sensation on your skin, which is perfectly normal.
  • Remove with warm water.
  • Follow with Dr. Alkaitis Herbal Toner.

The best way to remove the mask is with warm soft damp towels. You will most likely need to completely rinse 2 or 3 times to fully remove this product.

Good To Know – All our masks are biologically active and made from pre-digested ingredients increasing their therapeutic potential. By adding moisture to the mask, these unique ingredients are brought to life and in turn allow the skin to absorb fully their nutrients.

All our mask’s should remain moist on the skin – do not let them dry out.

Weekly Clarifying Mask

  • Mix one full teaspoon of powdered flower mask into a small bowl.
  • Add one teaspoon of raw organic honey.
  • Optional: Add one teaspoon of organic goat’s milk yogurt.  (In a later post, I will explain why we recommend these two ingredients).
  • Blend together into a smooth paste the consistency of yogurt. You can add more moisture as needed.
  • Smooth on to your face, neck and décolletage and keep moist by spritzing with water.
  • Leave this mask on for 10-20 minutes.
  • When you are ready to remove this mask, you can gently tap your damp fingers on to your skin and gently exfoliate in circular motions with the mixture for a few seconds before removing with warm damp towels. You will need to rinse 2-3 times to fully remove product.

To Flower Power and Rosy Cheeks, Happy Spring!!

This sounds wonderful but I’ve read before that this is not a good choice for acne prone skin? Is that the case? Thanks!
